MY STORY.
I would like to disclaim that although I definitely love to touch subjects in everything we can't possibly see with our human eyes such as energy and frequency, there is more to life than hugging trees. So now we got that out of the way, I would like to share a bit of my story and how I ended up surrounded by sound bowls and other instruments.

I have a lot of energy from nature, this makes it a chaotic party in my brain and meditation is one of the things that is helping create structure in my mind and life. In 2017 I completed my yoga teacher training in padadam.. Bali. Where I loved to feel that body and mind connection, I loved sitting down and going into deep meditation the most. You still make that connection, just without all the movement. Normal life happened and I let my yoga diploma be for what it was and caught up in working and making money to pay my bills. Reading books about spirituality and always being highly sensitive to energies made me drawn to dive deeper into the realm of meditation and quantum physics. So I decided to study Holistic therapy, a form of therapy where you heal people on all levels, yes also energetic. This is the place where I got in first contact with sound bowls. And let me tell you, it was love at first sight (or sound). I loved learning about the way they work and how it affected our body. I started using it in my practices, and started to do more and more research on the (healing) power of sound. During my 9 months of traveling I visited different sound healing sessions all over the world, talked to most gifted practitioners and also got insight into how I want to contribute to this crazy little ball we call earth. I decided that sound is my way. Through sound I want to close the gap between being super down to earth and all the other crazy spiritual wild growth there is out there.
As I, myself am somewhere stuck in the middle, not feeling I belong to the " spiri wiri" communities. Down to earth with a touch of questionable humor at times, but I also believe, feel and know there is more to life than meets our eyes. I would like to invite you to explore this with an open mind and it might potentially be super beneficial for you. Hope to see you soon;)
